These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Puffy mobile application ("Puffy", "the app"). By downloading or using Puffy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Puffy for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited license to process and transform it solely to provide the styling and generation features you request, including sending it to our AI processing provider.
Puffy offers in-app purchases, including a coin-based system and subscriptions. Payments, billing, and auto-renewal are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
AI-generated results are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or unexpected. We provide the output "as is" and make no warranties about its suitability for any purpose.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data through the Settings screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
