This Privacy Policy explains how Puffy ("we", "us", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. Puffy is an AI photo styling and generation app. By using Puffy you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Puffy is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

• No account or personal identity. Puffy signs you in with an anonymous identifier through Firebase Authentication. We do not ask for your name, email address, or password to use the app.
• Photos you upload. When you choose a photo to style, the image is uploaded to our secure storage so it can be processed.
• Usage and purchase data. We process subscription and in-app purchase status, your in-app coin balance, and basic technical data needed to run the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-styled images from the photos you submit.
• To manage your coin balance, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app's reliability and performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the service. These providers process data only to perform services for us:

• Firebase (Google): anonymous authentication, photo storage, and backend infrastructure.
• Fal AI: performs the AI image processing on the photos you submit.
• RevenueCat and Apple: manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payment details are handled by Apple; we never see your card information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded photos and generated results are retained only as long as needed to provide the service. You can remove your data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in the app's Settings, which deletes your stored content associated with your anonymous identifier.

5. Children's Privacy

Puffy is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
